48-954. Recognition of license, certificate or otherpermit issued by participating political subdivision.If a person or entity holds a license, certificate or otherpermit issued by aparticipating political subdivision or the state evidencing qualification in aprofessional,mechanical or other skill and the assistance of such person or entity isrequested by aparticipating political subdivision, the person or entity shall be deemed to belicensed, certified orpermitted in the political subdivision requesting assistance for the durationof the declaredemergency or authorized drills or exercises, subject to any limitations andconditions the chiefexecutive of the participating political subdivision receiving the assistancemay prescribe byexecutive order or otherwise.
