      49-513.   Same; grants to trust by secretary of healthand environment.The secretary of health and environment is hereby authorized tomake grants to the trust tobe used to provide relocation assistance and to purchase property asprovided inK.S.A. 2009 Supp.49-514, and amendments thereto, to persons relocating from anaffected community andassistance topublic school districts as provided inK.S.A. 2009 Supp.49-515, and amendmentsthereto.
