49-516. Same; funding of trust; application forassistance, procedure.(a) The trust mayseek and expend funds from any other source, whether public or private,to further thepurposes ofthis act.
(b) The trust shall establish appropriate procedures for applications forrelocation assistance pursuant to this act and shall set a deadline forsubmission of the initialapplication for such assistance. Such procedures may include a requirement thatany personreceiving assistance pursuant to this section must agree to move toproperty on which there isno mining waste and which is not prone to subsidence.
(c) Any assistance pursuant to this act shall be contingent upon availabilityof funds forthat purpose.
