      50-117.   Transactions by nonresident; subject toprovisions of act.The purchase, sale or manufacture of any goods, wares, merchandiseor other commodities in this state by any person who hasentered into any such arrangements, contracts, agreements, trusts orcombinations in any other state or territory, as described inK.S.A. 50-112 and 50-113, and amendments thereto, or the purchase, saleor manufactureof any such articles by any agent or attorney for such person, or as anagent, officer or stockbroker of any such corporation, as a trustee,committee, or in any capacity whatever, shall constitute a violation ofthis act, and shall subject the offender to the liabilitiesandpenalties as provided by this act.
