      50-131.   Agreements or combinations by which shipperis defrauded outof portion of net weight; violation of restraint of trade act.No person doing business inKansasshallmake any agreement, expressed or implied, or by any understanding orcombination with any person, within or withoutthestate, by which any shipper of seeds, grains, hay or livestock is defraudedout of any portion of the net weight of any consignment of grain, seeds,hay or livestock. All such agreements or combinationsare hereby declaredto be in violation of this act.
