      50-132.   Conspiring to monopolize line of business orto preventproducer or local buyer from shipping without agency of third person.No person, servant, agent or employee of any persondoing business within the state of Kansas shall conspire or combinewith any other persons, within or without the stateforthe purpose of monopolizing any line of business, or shall conspire orcombine for the purpose of preventing the producer of grain, seeds orlivestock or hay, or the local buyer thereof, from shipping or marketingthe same without the agency of any third person.
