      50-157.   Acts done under certain federal laws, codesor regulations.In any action or proceeding for violation of theantitrust, discrimination in restraint of trade or unfair competition lawsof this state, proof that the act complained of was done in compliance withthe provisions of any code, agreement, license, rule or regulation ineffect under the terms of the national industrial recovery act or thefederal agricultural adjustment act, to which the defendant was a party atthe time of such act, shall be a complete defense to such action orproceeding.
