      50-1010.   Certified copies of documents or records admissible inactions or proceedings under act.Copies of any statement or document filed with thecommissioner, and copies of any records of the commissioner, certified toby the commissioner are admissible in any prosecution, action, suit orproceeding based upon, orarising out of or under, the provisions of this act to the same effect asthe original of the statement, document or record would be if actually produced.
