50-202. Unlawful refusal to furnish news reports.It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or associationengaged in the business of gathering and collecting news and news reportsto refuse to furnish the regular system of news reports as established bysuch press association or news agency to any daily newspaper or thepublisher thereof, upon demand and proffer of the usual charge for likeservice.
