50-203. Violators not permitted to use facilities for transmission ofnews.No person, firm, corporation or association that violates any of theprovisions of this act shall be permitted by any telegraph or telephonecompany in the state of Kansas to use its wires or facilities for thetransmission of news and news reports within the state of Kansas.
