      50-205.   Injunction proceedings where companies fail to discontinueservice.If such telegraph and telephone companies fail to discontinue serviceunder the terms of said notice within thirty days from the receipt of saidnotice, it shall be the duty of the attorney general to commence injunctionproceedings in the name of the state of Kansas against such telephone andtelegraph companies for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of thisact.
