      50-620.   Prohibited acts; certain information as to ownership of junkrequired; register.It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any item or items of junk toa junk dealer in this state unless such person shall present to said junkdealer, at the time of sale, information as to the ownership of such itemor items of junk. Such information shall include the seller's name, addressand place of business, if any. Every junk dealer shall keep a register in whichthe dealer shall at the time of purchase or receipt of any item, exceptingrags and paper, enter the name, residence and place of business, if any, ofthe person from whom the junk dealer purchased or received the item,description of items purchased and the price paid for such item or items.
