      50-650.   Odometer fraud; purchase of motor vehicle not voided;consumer remedies.(a) If the purchase of a motor vehicle is not voided undersubsection (a) of K.S.A. 50-648, the consumer may recover in aprivate right of action the civil penalties in K.S.A. 50-651.

      (b)   The consumer may recover reasonable attorney fees ifthe consumer prevails in an action against the supplier under this section.
