Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 6.--CONSUMER PROTECTION

      50-655.   Application of act.K.S.A. 50-654 through 50-658, inclusive, shall apply to all personsin the business of leasing rental motor vehicles for a period of 60 days orless from locations in this state under an agreement which imposes upon thelessee an obligation to pay for any damages caused to the leased vehicle. Theprovisions of K.S.A. 50-654 through 50-658, inclusive, apply solelyto the collision damage waiver portion of the rental agreement.
