Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 6.--CONSUMER PROTECTION

      50-665.   Failure to disclose by vehicle dealer that vehicle is being soldby dealer.(a) A vehicle dealer, as defined in K.S.A. 8-2401, andamendments thereto, shall not knowingly or intentionally fail to disclosein any solicitation or advertisement offering a motor vehicle for sale, leaseor rental, the fact that such motor vehicle is being offered for sale,lease or rental by a vehicle dealer.

      (b)   Violation of this section shall be deemed a deceptive act andpractice as defined by K.S.A. 50-626, and amendments thereto.

      (c)   This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansasconsumer protection act.
