      50-668.   Deceptive act or practice; supplemental to Kansas consumerprotection act.(a) Failure to provide the disclosures required by K.S.A. 50-667and amendments thereto is a deceptive act or practice under the Kansas consumerprotection act.

      (b)   This act shall be a part of and shall be supplemental to theKansas consumer protection act.
