      50-675.   Supplemental to Kansas consumer protection act; unconscionableacts.(a) This act shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas consumerprotection act.

      (b)   Any attempt to collect a fee, or enforce a credit card charge ortransaction or any refusal to make a refund to the consumer in violation ofthis act is an unconscionable act within the meaning of K.S.A. 50-627 andamendments thereto.
