50-6,101. Rights or remedies of consumer not limited; waiver by consumerof rights void; action to recover damages.(a) This act shall not be construed to limit rights or remediesavailable to a consumer under any other law.
(b) Any waiver by a consumer of rights under this act is void.
(c) In addition to pursuing any other remedy, a consumer may bring an actionto recover for any damages caused by a violation of this act. The court shallaward a consumer who prevails in such an action twice the amount of anypecuniary loss, together with cost, disbursements and reasonable attorney feesand any equitable relief that the court determines is appropriate.
