      50-6a12.   Wholesale dealer and distributor licensure;compliance with stamping agent requirements of the act.No wholesale dealer, as defined in K.S.A. 79-3301, and amendments thereto, ordistributor, as defined inK.S.A. 79-3301, and amendments thereto, of cigarettesshall be issued a license or granted a renewal ofa license by the Kansas department of revenue unless suchwholesale dealer or distributor has provided to the director reasonableassurances, in writingand under penalty of perjury, that such person will comply fully with thestamping agent requirements in this act.
