      50-6a18.   Recovery of costs of enforcement action bystate.In any action brought by the state to enforce the provisionsof this act the state shall be entitled to recover the costs of investigation,expert witness fees, costs of the action and reasonable attorney fees. Recoveryof such costs and fees shall be remitted to the state agency or agencies whoinitiated and brought such action.
