Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 7a.--PROTECTION OF CONSUMER INFORMATION

      50-7a04.   Severability clause.If any provision of this act or its application to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect anyother provision or application of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application. To this end the provisions of this act areseverable.
