50-904. Penalties; consumer protection act proceedings; agent liability.(a) Any person who violates any provision of this act isguilty of a class C misdemeanor for the first conviction, a class Bmisdemeanor for the second conviction and a class A misdemeanor for a thirdor subsequent conviction.
(b) In addition to or instead of the criminal penalties provided bysubsection (a), a person who violates any provision of this act shall besubject to proceedings under the Kansas consumer protection act.
(c) An individual who violates any provision of this act while acting inthe name of or on behalf of any person is liable to the same extent as ifthe individual were acting in the individual's own name or own behalf.
