Chapter 51.--MOTION PICTURES Article 2.--BIDDING PRACTICES

      51-202.   Blind bidding prohibited; notice of screening required.(a) Blind bidding is hereby prohibited within this state. No bids shallbe returnable, no negotiations for the exhibition or licensing of a motionpicture shall take place and no license agreement or any of its terms shallbe agreed to for the exhibition of any motion picture in this state beforethe motion picture has been trade screened within this state.

      (b)   Every distributor shall furnish to all exhibitors in this state reasonableand uniform notice of all trade screenings that are held by the distributorwithin this state.
