Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 1.--OIL AND GAS WELLS; REGULATORY PROVISIONS

      55-105.   Same; penalty.Any person, company or corporation violating any of the provisions ofK.S.A. 55-103 and 55-104 shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and fined in the sum of not less than fifty dollars nor morethan two hundred dollars.
