55-106. Interference with pipes for gas; permission.It shall be unlawful for any person, in any manner whatsoever, tochange, injure, extend, or alter, or cause to be changed, injured,extended, or altered, any surface or other pipe or attachment of any kindconnecting or through which natural or artificial gas is furnished from thegas mains or pipes of any person, company or corporation, without firstprocuring from such person, company or corporation written permission tomake such change, extension, or alteration.
