      55-175.   Appointment of agents by the commission.The commission shall appoint such agent or agentsas may be necessary torepresent them and to enforce the provisions of this act, and the rulesand regulations adopted pursuant thereto. The commission shall designatean agent for each district field office established to enforce this actand the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto to administer andsupervise the operation of such office.
