Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 1.--OIL AND GAS WELLS; REGULATORY PROVISIONS

      55-193.   Same; transfers to fund.On July 15, 1996, and on the 15th day of each calendar quarterthereafter before July 1,2016, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer $100,000 from thestate general fund,$100,000 from the state water plan fund established by K.S.A. 82a-951 andamendments theretoand $100,000 from the conservation fee fund established by K.S.A. 55-143 andamendmentsthereto to the abandoned oil and gas well fund established by K.S.A. 55-192 andamendmentsthereto, except that: (a) No transfers shall be made pursuant to this sectionfrom the state generalfund to the abandoned oil and gas well fund during state fiscal year 2009 orstate fiscal year2010; (b) the aggregate of the transfers made pursuant to this section fromthe state waterplan fund to the abandoned oil and gas well fund during state fiscal year 2009shall not exceed$320,000; and (c) the aggregate of the transfers made pursuant to this sectionfrom the state waterplan fund to the abandoned oil and gas well fund during state fiscal year 2010shall not exceed$288,000.
