Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 11.--LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS

      55-1101.   Containers; definitions.The term "person" as used in this act shall mean and include any person,firm, or corporation. The term "liquefied petroleum gas" as used in thisact shall mean and include any material which is composed predominantly ofany of the following hydrocarbons or mixtures of the same: Propane,propylene, butanes (normal butane and isobutane), and butylenes.
