Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 13.--UNITIZATION

      55-1311.   Agreements not violative of laws governing monopolies orrestraint of trade.No agreement between or among lessees or other owners of oil and gasrights in oil and gas properties entered into pursuant hereto or with aview or for the purpose of bringing about the unitized development oroperation of such properties, shall be held to violate any of the statutesof this state prohibiting monopolies or acts, arrangements, agreements,contracts, combinations, or conspiracies in restraint of trade or commerce.
