      55-1403.   Applicability of act to natural gas purchase contracts.Only natural gas purchase contracts entered into before April20, 1977, providing for the sale, within this state, of natural gas producedin this state and not committed or dedicated to interstate commerce on November8, 1978, shall be subject to the provisions of this act.
