Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 14.--PRICING OF NATURAL GAS

      55-1409.   Enforcement of act by commission; rules and regulations.Jurisdiction to implement and enforce the provisions of thisact is hereby conferred on the commission, except that nothing in such sectionsof this act shall be construed to divest the district courts of Kansas ofjurisdiction to determine issues relatingto private contract rights. The commission may adopt such rules and regulationsto implement and enforce this act, as it deems necessary and proper.
