Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 14.--PRICING OF NATURAL GAS

      55-1413.   Certain natural gas distributors to apportion the savings accruedfrom the operation of this act to its customers.In any case where a natural gas distributor receives both intrastateand interstate natural gas for its system, the commission, by order, shallrequire any said distributor to apportion the amount of money saved in thepurchase of natural gas from the restrictions made by this act on the effectof indefinite price escalator clauses to every customer of such distributorwithout regard to their source of supply of natural gas.
