      55-1425.   Same; provision preventing certain taxes from inclusion inpurchase price prohibited.No contract for the sale or purchase of natural gas enteredinto after the effective date of this act shall contain any provision whichprohibits or prevents production taxes from being negotiable as aconsideration in the contractpurchase price for such gas.
