55-1504. Person possessing crude oil; documentation required; penaltiesfor violations.(a) Any person who stores, transports, possesses, disposes of or refinesany crude petroleum oil shall have in the person's possession any documentationrequired by rules and regulations adopted by the state corporation commissionpursuant to this section.
(b) The state corporation commission shall adopt rules and regulationsspecifying the documentation necessary to establish a person's right tobe in possession of any crude petroleum oil or sediment, water or brineproduced in association with the production of oil or gas which the personis storing, transporting, possessing, disposing of or refining.
(c) Failure to produce the documentation required by this section uponrequest of any federal, state, county or city law enforcement officer isa class B misdemeanor.
