Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 15.--REGULATIONS CONCERNING FIELD EQUIPMENT, CRUDE OIL AND RELATED PRODUCTS

      55-1505.   Tampering with field equipment identification; penalties for violations.(a) No person shall intentionally change, alter, remove or obliterate thename of the maker, the model, the manufacturer's number, the serial numberor any other identifying number or mark of any oil or gas field equipment.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
