Same; protective ordinances permitted, when.Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting the governingbody of any city from adopting any other ordinance which does not conflictwith any state law or rule or regulation providing for the protection ofthe public health, safety or welfare in relation to the production of mineralswithin the corporate limits of the city.
