Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 18.--PROPANE

      55-1813.   State fire marshal liquefied petroleum gasfee fund; creation.There is hereby created the state fire marshal liquefiedpetroleum gas fee fund. The state fire marshal shall remit all moneys receivedby orfor it from fees or chargespursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 55-1807 et seq., and amendmentsthereto,to the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasury to the credit of the state fire marshal liquefied petroleum gas feefund. All expenditures from the state fire marshal liquefied petroleum gas feefund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of thedirector of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by thefire marshal or by a person or persons designated by the state fire marshal.
