Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 2.--LEASES AND LIENS

      55-211b.   Same; validation of prior leases.All oil and gas leases executed and delivered prior to the effectivedate of this act by any such governing body, trustees, directors, ortownship board, in substantial conformity with the provisions of section55-211a of the General Statutes of 1949, as amended, shall be deemed to bevalid, and shall have the same force and effect as though executed anddelivered subsequent to the effective date hereof.
