      55-423.   Standards for petroleum products established by the secretary.No person shall sell, offer for sale, have in such person's possession, useordeliver any petroleum products for consumptionoruse for illuminating, heatingor power purposes in this state until the samemeets the standards or characteristics for those products as establishedpursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the secretary.
