55-434. Penalties.(a) Any person who violatesany of the provisions of the petroleum products inspection laworany rule or regulation adopted thereunder shall beguilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor. Eachseparate violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Any violation of the provisions of the petroleum products inspectionlaw shall be deemed a deceptive act and practice as defined by K.S.A. 50-626,and amendments thereto. Violations of the petroleum products inspection lawmay be enforced by the secretary of agriculture under the administrativeprovisions of the petroleum products inspection law, by the attorney general orthe county or district attorney under the Kansas consumer protection act.
