Administration and enforcement; jurisdiction of secretary ofagriculture over inspections.The secretary of agriculture shalladminister the law withreference to a thorough and practical inspection as required by lawcovering inspection of petroleum products used in lighting and heating, andin the operation or propulsion of motor vehicles, including inspection ofpumps and measures used in dispensing the same.
