      55-609b.   Invalidity of 55-602 to 55-606.If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, provision, clause orphrase of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid for anyreason, it shall be presumed that this act would have been passed by thelegislature without such invalid section, subsection, paragraph, sentence,provision, clause or phrase, and such decision shall not in any way affectthe remainder of this act.
