Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 7.--PRODUCTION AND CONSERVATION OF NATURAL GAS

      55-708.   Penalties for violations.In addition to any penalty that may be imposed by the statecorporation commission, any person, firm or corporation, or any officer,agent or employee thereof, violating the provisions of this act, or anyvalidorder or rules and regulations of thecommission,shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by afine in anysum not exceeding $5,000, or by imprisonment in the county jailnot exceeding30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
