      55-709.   Injunction and other remedies.The state corporation commission shall have the right to maintainan action in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state to enforceby injunction, mandatory injunction and any other appropriate or legal orequitable remedy any valid rule, order, or regulation made by the statecorporation commission or promulgated under the provisions of this act, andsaid court shall have the authority to make and render such judgments,orders and decrees as may be proper to enforce any such rules, orders, andregulations made and promulgated by the state corporation commission.
