      55-712.   Enforcement of act; agents.The commission is hereby authorized to employ or designate such agentsas may in its judgment be necessary to enforce and administer theprovisions of this act, and the rules and regulations and orderspromulgated thereunder; such agents, with the exception of clerical help,to be experienced in and conversant with the business of the production ofnatural gas.
