58-1404. Same; condition of release of publicfinancial assistance.(a) Whenever public financial assistance for dwellings isavailable,information concerning the requirements of this act shall be includedin any notice or educational material regarding the availability of suchfinancial assistance. Prior toreleasing funds to a person receiving such financial assistance, theadministrator of the program or other appropriate officer or employeeshall require the person who is to receive such financial assistance to sign anaffidavit of intent to comply with the requirements of this act.
(b) Except as provided by K.S.A. 58-1405, and amendments thereto,any person whoacceptspublic financial assistance and fails to comply with the requirements of thisactmay be ineligible toreceive public financial assistance in the future.
