      58-206.   Same; selling, disposing or secreting grain with intent todefraud; penalty.Any person who shall be guilty of selling, disposing or secreting anygrain, upon which a lien exists by virtue of and under the provisions ofthis act, with intent to defraud the person entitled to said lien, shall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than fivehundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than oneyear, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
