Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Article 2.--LIENS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY

      58-221.   Same; disposition of proceeds of sale.The proceeds of such sale, after the payment of all charges and expensesof sale, and the lien of the claimant, shall be deposited with the countytreasurer wherein said livestock was sold. The proceeds so deposited shallbe held by said county treasurer subject to the order of the person orpersons legally entitled thereto.
