      58-2001.   Monumentation of corners in boundaries of subdivisions beforerecording plat; type.All corners in the boundary of a subdivision of land shall be monumentedprior to recording of the plat submitted for recording after the effectivedate of this section. This monument shall be a metallic bar or tube setrigidly in a concrete base.
