58-2009. Rules and regulations; fees; existing rules and regulationscontinued in effect.(a) The secretary of the state historical society shall: (1) Adopt rules andregulations fixing feesfor the filing of documents under K.S.A. 58-2011, and amendmentsthereto, and the providing of informationand services therefrom in an amount necessary to pay the cost of administeringthe provisions of this act; and
(2) adopt such other rules and regulationsas necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
(b) The rules and regulations of the secretary of state relating toland surveys, land survey reference reports and filing fees for suchreference reports in existence on the effective date of this act shallcontinue to be effective and shall be deemed to be the rules andregulations of the secretary of the state historical society until revised, amended,repealed or nullified pursuant to law.
